Transformational Leadership This course is about leaders who have a heart for self- then community transformation. It is the type of leadership that is grounded on the principles of Theology of Work that positions us as co-creators with God based on our individual calling and gifting. The outcome of this leadership is that of a joy-at-work environment where team members enjoy ultimate fulfillment from doing what adds purpose and relationship to their daily lives.
Joy at Work This course embraces the three main pillars of Joy at Work: love, respect and support that are key elements for creating the type of workplace where team members feel purpose through their work and association with fellow team members.
Serving Leadership The course is an orientation to the foundations of serving leadership. Principles of leadership, service, organizational development and community-building will be explored as theories and practiced as skills. The course should help participants answer these questions: What are the virtues of a serving leader If I am to be a serving leader, what type of person would I need to be, and how would I need to act.
Understanding of Global Cultures This course presents a relational understanding of global cultures. In a world that is deeply interconnected technologically, economically and is often interactive politically the understanding of and respecting for different cultural identities is of great value. We aim at a keener sensitivity to different cultural identities and a more understanding approach to cross-cultural affairs in this globalizing age. In a world that has gone flat, and with online taking us across the globe – it is important that we understand world views so that we become familiar with the foundational believes of those with whom we are called to build relationship.
Project Management for Leaders The course covers key components of project management including project integration, project scope management, project time and cost management, quality management, human resource considerations, communications, risk management, and procurement management. It is about initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria. There is an orderliness that is critical as transformational leaders exchange plans for betterment.
Coaching and Mentoring This course is designed to support leaders in the development of coaching and mentoring skills, and to identify the links between coaching, mentoring and the achievement of business goals. 
Critical Thinking This course places emphasis on evaluating information, problem solving, approaching cross-cultural perspectives, and resolving controversies and dilemmas.  Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate orally and in writing the use of critical thinking skills in the analysis of appropriate texts.  Students will be able to engage in rational discussions using reasons, arguments, exploration of consequences and motives, and crucial tests to explore the complexities of human relations. It is clear that we live in a world that desperately needs more critical thinkers to further individual and group purpose.
Technology and Social Media This course examines the strategic use of digital and social media platforms and tools, with an emphasis on direct hands-on experience. Students will analyze various digital and social media platforms, creating professional content, engaging and collaborating. Students will learn how to use social media to conduct research and increase information dissemination effectiveness and efficiency, and develop strategies for integrating, evaluating and planning social media technology implementations. Students will also critically assess the pros, cons and future developments related to this rapidly evolving medium.
Foreign Language – Conversational Spanish Students will focus on becoming proficient in the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Spanish.  They can also gain cultural awareness with the introduction of geography, customs, foods, holidays and other cultural information. Students will communicate in Spanish on day-to-day activities by providing and obtaining information, expressing feelings and emotions, exchanging opinions and socializing. Students will review authentic Spanish documents and literature.  A communicative approach is taken to this course so students will experience full or partial immersion in Spanish at all times.  Immersion techniques have been proven to be the most effective way to learn a foreign language.
Foreign Language – Conversational French In Level 1, students will focus on becoming proficient in the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing in French.  They can also gain cultural awareness with the introduction of geography, customs, foods, holidays and other cultural information. Students will communicate in French on day-to-day activities by providing and obtaining information, expressing feelings and emotions, exchanging opinions and socializing. Students will communicate in Dutch on day-to-day activities by providing and obtaining information, expressing feelings and emotions, exchanging opinions and socializing. Students will review authentic Dutch documents and literature.  A communicative approach is taken to this course so students will experience full or partial immersion in Dutch at all times.  Immersion techniques have been proven to be the most effective way to learn a foreign language.
Foreign Language – Conversational Portuguese In Level 1, students will focus on becoming proficient in the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Portuguese.  They can also gain cultural awareness with the introduction of geography, customs, foods, holidays and other cultural information. Students will communicate in Portuguese on day-to-day activities by providing and obtaining information, expressing feelings and emotions, exchanging opinions and socializing. Students will review authentic Portuguese documents and literature.  A communicative approach is taken to this course so students will experience full or partial immersion in Portuguese at all times.  Immersion techniques have been proven to be the most effective way to learn a foreign language.
